Bowmark Capital invests in leading events, media and intelligence platform InfraXmedia

Bowmark Capital has acquired a majority shareholding in InfraXmedia, a leading B2B media, events and intelligence company serving the global digital infrastructure industry, from Opus Origin.

InfraXmedia connects decision-makers across the global data centre, compute and AI infrastructure ecosystem through industry news, market data, professional learning and live events. Its brand portfolio includes DatacenterDynamics, Yotta, Data Center Nation and SDxCentral.

Underpinned by strong structural demand for data centre intelligence and the sustained global build-out of digital infrastructure, InfraXmedia has grown revenues by over 40% per annum in recent years. This has been driven by the international expansion of its events brands and the scaling of its data-driven sales enablement and learning platforms.

Bowmark has a long track record of investing in information services businesses. Its partnership with InfraXmedia will support the company's next phase of growth, including investment in its new market intelligence product, DCD Intelligence, further international events expansion, enhanced technology and AI capabilities, and selective acquisitions.
